Defendant, Richard Steven Metcalf, appeals the trial court's order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion as untimely. We affirm.

After entering guilty pleas to three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of crime of violence, defendant was sentenced to three concurrent 25-year terms of imprisonment.
