The beneficiaries of three trusts established by the will of Marvin Deutsch sued the trustee, Eugene Wolff, and the accountant for the trusts, Alan Wolff. In an extended bench-tried case, the Circuit Court of St. Louis County removed the trustee, disqualified the successor trustee, ordered an accounting, and awarded several money judgments.
