Appellant Luis Armando Rosario-Delgado appeals his life sentence for armed bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113, and for using a firearm during that crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). The district court imposed a mandatory life sentence based on the "three-strikes" law codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3559(c).
