Casualty Insurance Company ("Casualty") brought a claim against Zip Mail Services, Inc. ("Zip Mail") for determination of the amount of workers' compensation insurance premiums owed. Zip Mail brought a counterclaim. The jury entered a verdict in favor of Zip Mail on both claims.
