Charles L. Hubbs worked as an insulator for Anco Insulations, Inc., and McCarty Corporation between 1961 and 1970. He died February 20, 1993, of asbestosis. His widow, Clara Hubbs (plaintiff), filed a wrongful-death suit against Anco and McCarty, as well as numerous asbestos manufacturers. Anco filed a third party demand against Newark Insurance Company and American and Foreign Insurance Company (Insurers)....
