This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order sustaining Respondent's motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.

Facts

On May 12, 1997, an officer of the Missouri State Highway patrol stopped a yellow taxi traveling 95 miles per hour on U.S. 36 Highway.
