¶ 1 R. Lane Boice ("Boice") asks this court to reverse the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Dr. Stephen P. Marble ("Marble"). Boice filed a medical malpractice action against Marble, alleging Marble caused or contributed to Boice's loss of use and function of his left wrist, hand, and fingers.
