A jury convicted Appellant Michael Wayne Jordan of burglarizing a habitation while attempting to commit or committing aggravated assault. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 30.02(a)(3) (Vernon 1994). The jury found that Jordan had been previously convicted of a felony offense and sentenced him to thirty years' imprisonment.
