¶ 1 Appellant Lynn Urban appeals from the June 4, 1997 order granting summary judgment to defendant Dollar Bank ("Bank") on the ground that appellant's claims are subject to the exclusivity provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act, 77 P.S. § 1 et seq. (the "Act"). In this unusual case of first impression, we find that appellant's claims for defamation and malicious abuse of process are not subject to the exclusivity provisions...
