This appeal stems from a decision by the chancery court to revive a judgment for child-support arrearages more than ten years after the date of its rendition. The chancellor concluded that an acknowledgment of the 1985 judgment contained in an agreed order filed on February 16, 1994 revived the judgment for an additional ten (10) years. For the reasons stated below, we affirm as modified.
