Appellants, Carl Walther, Robert Musso, Karen Trebucq, Cammlia Williams, Tom G. Halko, Harold J. Albeanise, Anthony Bevinetto, Posey Bowers, John Masaracchia, Carolyn Crochet, James J. Mathes, Jr ., and Michael Candebat, appeal the granting of a motion for summary disposition by the State Civil Service Commission. We affirm.
