OPINION

HOFFMAN, Sr. Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Johnny Allen (Allen) appeals the statutory maximum sentence of nineteen years imposed upon his convictions after a bench trial for reckless homicide, a Class C felony,1 failure of driver to fulfill duties following an accident, a Class C felony,2 and criminal recklessness, a Class D felony.
