Plaintiffs, Johnny Ray Matthews, Dominic Restivo, Wanda Jean Rowell, Kenneth Eugene Watkins, and Mary Joan Owen, filed the instant action seeking wrongful death damages arising out of a two vehicle accident in which several of their family members were fatally injured.
