¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following Appellant's jury conviction for aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person.1 Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate term of 42 to 84 months imprisonment.
