This case arises out of a dispute between the plaintiff, Joy Kelley, and her former employer, Caldwell Parish Police Jury, the defendant, for payment of certain unused annual and sick leave which she claimed to be due and owing to her from the defendant. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of Kelley, which entitled her to the earned but unused sick leave and annual leave due from the period of 1970 through 1984.
