SALMON, Judge.

Article 27, section 410, of the Maryland Annotated Code (Supp.1998), provides, in relevant part: "[A]ll murder which shall be committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any ... robbery ... shall be murder in the first degree." The first question addressed in this opinion concerns this felony-murder statute and arises due to an unusual factual scenario, viz: A, B, and C conspire to rob X.
