[¶ 1] M.S. appeals from the continuing treatment order issued by the district court. We affirm.

[¶ 2] On January 28, 1999, the district court entered a treatment order committing M.S. to the State Hospital for ninety days. On April 14, 1999, notice was given on a continuing treatment hearing based on a filed petition seeking continued treatment.
