OPINION

GERBER, Judge

¶ 1 Tarek and Olivia Aranki (the "plaintiffs") appeal from the trial court's summary judgment in favor of the named defendants. We affirm the judgment as to some defendants and reverse as to others.

¶ 2 In their complaint filed in 1995, the plaintiff's sought damages in tort and contract and under various recovery statutes in connection with their purchase of a single family home in Cave Creek, Arizona. The complaint...
