Ted Louis Bradford was convicted of first degree rape and first degree burglary. On appeal, Mr. Bradford contends the court erred in admitting statements he made to police officers during an interrogation that was commenced while he was in custody on other charges. Mr. Bradford asserts the statements were obtained in violation of his rights under the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution...
