Collier Stone Company (Applicant) appeals from an order of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) which affirmed the decision of the Board of Commissioners of Collier Township (Board) denying Applicant's conditional use application to conduct quarrying operations for lack of standing. We also affirm.
