We are asked to review a collateral challenge to a prior deportation order and to determine the applicable sentencing guideline for a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). Jose Donato Corrales-Beltran was convicted of attempting to reenter the United States after being deported in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a).
