Relator, Claudia Sanchez, has filed an application for writ of mandamus asking that we order the Respondent1 to vacate his protective order preventing Sanchez from taking the deposition of Marvin Griffin. Griffin is the former president and current CEO of the real party-in-interest, Daisy Manufacturing Company, Inc. ("Daisy"). This is the second time we have been asked to grant mandamus relief...
