ELLINGTON, J.

Darrell Fish fired three shots into a car filled with seven teenagers. Angela Garcia was killed. At his murder trial, Fish claimed he acted in self-defense because he thought someone in the car was about to fire a gun at him. We hold that Fish was not twice put in jeopardy for his offense, and we find no error in the exclusion of certain evidence, no basis for an excusable homicide instruction, and that any prosecutorial misconduct was harmless.
