This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant's complaint and denying an award of attorney's fees and costs. On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in dismissing his complaint and finding that he had not substantially prevailed on any issue, and that the court erred in failing to award an attorney's fee and costs. We affirm.
