Fin-Clair Corporation ("Employer") appeals from an order of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("the Commission"), deciding that Aubrey Tutwiler ("Claimant") was eligible for waiting week credit and unemployment benefits because his discharge was not for misconduct connected with work within the meaning of Section 288.050.2 RSMo.
