In this insurance matter, the plaintiff appeals the trial court's dismissal of his automobile property damage claim and its denial of his request for penalties and attorney's fees due to his insurer's alleged arbitrary and capricious denial of that claim. Additionally, the defendant has filed a motion with this court to strike certain exhibits filed by the plaintiff and requests sanctions for such filing of exhibits.
