In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) charged the accused in one cause of complaint with violating Code of Professional Responsibility Rules (DRs) 5-105(C) (former client conflict) and 2-110(B)(2) (failing promptly to withdraw from representation after learning of conflict).
