WOODARD, Judge.

Pursuant to a vehicular collision, which occurred on February 8, 1996, between a vehicle operated by Mr. Daryl Bowie and another operated by Mr. Robert Horne, Mr. Bowie sued Mr. Home and its insurer, International Indemnity Company (IIC). The trial court found Mr. Home liable and awarded damages to Mr. Bowie. IIC appeals the award of damages.
