In this interlocutory appeal, Appellant-Defendant Eric Conwell requests reversal of the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. Conwell raises two issues for our review which we rephrase as: 1) did probable cause and exigent circumstances exist which justified the warrantless search of Conwell's body, and 2) during their search of Conwell, did the police officers use excessive force in violation of his rights under the Due Process...
