STEPHENS, Justice.

Appellant, Francis L. Baker, was convicted in the Fayette Circuit Court for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and being a persistent felony offender in the second degree. The Court of Appeals affirmed the convictions and this Court granted Appellant's motion for discretionary review. After hearing oral arguments and reviewing the record, we affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals.
