Jerry Dale Beer, Jr., appeals a Pierce County Superior Court order revoking a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA) suspended sentence and imposing 29 months' confinement. We hold that when the State has filed a summons for a review hearing to review conditions of the sentence during the period of community custody (or supervision), revocation is proper even though the hearing takes place after community custody has expired.
