CANNELLA, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Cynthia Nelson (Nelson), Wilfred Birden (Birden) and Lawrence Kennedy (Kennedy), appeal from the trial court judgment in favor of defendant, the Parish of Jefferson (the Parish), finding that the Parish was not liable for the damages which plaintiffs sustained. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
