The broad issue presented by this appeal is whether the Court of Appeals correctly affirmed the trial court's conclusion that no material factual issue precluded entry of a summary judgment in favor of Alpine Windows in a suit brought against Alpine for negligent design of a window and for failing to provide warnings of the danger presented by the window.
