Appellant, C-Loc Retention Systems, Inc., by this interlocutory appeal, complains of the trial court's denial of its special appearance under Rule 120a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp.1998). The issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying C-Loc's special appearance.
