In this workers' compensation matter, the plaintiff appeals the lower court judgment, in which the workers' compensation judge held that the plaintiff's claims had prescribed, in part, and further held that he was not entitled to future compensation benefits, as he was no longer disabled. Additionally, the workers' compensation judge ruled that neither penalties nor attorney's fees were warranted. For the following reasons, we affirm, in part, and remand...
