¶ 1 Defendants have been charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 78-3a-801(1)(a)(ii) (1996). The trial court denied their motions to dismiss these criminal charges and they each successfully sought permission to bring an interlocutory appeal in this court prior to trial.
