Donald Anthony Jones, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (Sothoron, J., presiding) of one count of second degree assault and four counts of reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment with all but four years suspended for the assault conviction, and to three concurrent four-year terms for the convictions on three counts of reckless endangerment.
