In this remand from the United States Supreme Court, appellant Dennis Darol Linehan contends that the Minnesota Sexually Dangerous Person Act (SDP Act), Minn.Stat. § 253B.02, subd. 18c (1998), is unconstitutional on substantive and procedural due process grounds.
