Noel Graubart, individually and doing business as Graubart & Company, (collectively referred to as "Graubart") joined the Cadle Company ("Cadle Co.") and Daniel C. Cadle ("Cadle") as defendants in an existing lawsuit that had been filed to collect on a defaulted promissory note. Graubart sue Cadle for tortious conversion of the original promissory note.
