Appellant seeks review of an order of the lower tribunal concerning attorney's fees and fees for the fee expert in litigation arising out of wrongful acts by appellee, Bob Dance Dodge, Inc., in the sale of a used car.

On March 10, 1996, John Alfred Mangel ["Mangel"] bought a used Eagle Vision from Bob Dance Dodge, Inc. for $17,444. Mangel maintains that during negotiations, he asked whether the car had been wrecked and was told that it had not...
