Joseph Bourdeau was an at-will employee of Bank of America, Nevada, who served as manager of the North Tahoe branch. He was asked to resign after an internal review of the branch revealed forty-seven violations of bank policies, including six that were repeat violations, and three which exposed the bank to possible civil and criminal prosecution.
