This case arises out of a residential real estate transaction in which appellant John L. Scott represented the sellers and respondent David Svendsen was the buyer. In a jury trial, John L. Scott was found liable for fraudulent concealment and violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We hold that substantial evidence supports the jury's finding that John L. Scott had actual knowledge of an error, inaccuracy or omission in the seller disclosure...
