On July 9, 1998, Defendant, Jason L. Moreau ("Defendant"), was convicted, by a unanimous jury, of criminal damage to property over $500. On July 13, 1998, Defendant filed a motion for post-verdict judgment of acquittal, which was denied by the trial court on July 14, 1998.
