This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of appellants Marta and Pedro Martinez's health care liability claim. The Martinezes filed suit against appellees, Drs. Bangalore Lakshmikanth and She Ling Wong (the "Doctors"), in the 357th District Court in Cameron County, Texas.
