¶ 1 A jury in the District Court for the Twentieth Judicial District, Lake County, convicted Defendant Wayne J. Brown (Brown) of two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of attempted sexual intercourse without consent. The District Court sentenced Brown to forty years in prison on each of the counts of sexual intercourse without consent and to forty years in prison with twenty years...
