Defendant, Gregory L. Downey, appeals from the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Crim. P. 35(c). We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of possession of contraband, attempted escape, conspiracy to commit escape, and five habitual criminal counts, and he appealed from those convictions.
