At the conclusion of a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Mark Handy, hereinafter referred to as "appellant," was convicted of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, and of wearing and carrying a dangerous and deadly weapon, to-wit: chemical mace. The court imposed a twenty year sentence for the armed robbery conviction, with all except twelve years suspended, and, for purposes of sentencing...
