¶ 1 Appellant, Jessica Barlow, appeals from the order of the trial court which granted Appellees' motion for a new trial. For the reasons set forth below, we vacate and remand in part and affirm in part. The relevant facts and procedural history of this case as set forth by the trial court are as follows:
