The plaintiffs in these consolidated appeals are a corporation and two of its shareholders; the defendant is the corporation's founder, a former shareholder. A Superior Court trial justice entered an order granting monetary damages to the defendant, and in an attempt to resolve a contentious business dispute among the parties, awarded specific performance in which the defendant was allowed to repurchase stock he previously...
