COLE TAYLOR BANK, An Illinois Corporation, Petitioner, v. Patricia SHANNON, Individually and Thomas Shannon, Individually, Respondents.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

January 27, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John H. Wilbur, Esquire, Jacksonville, and Keith T. Grumer, Esquire, of Grumer & Levin, Ft. Lauderdale, for petitioner.

James H. Post, Esquire, and R. Leanne McKnight, Esquire, of Smith, Hulsey & Busey, Jacksonville, for respondent Patricia L. Shannon.

No appearance for respondent Thomas Shannon.

PER CURIAM.

We conclude that petitioner has failed to show that the trial court's order results in a harm that cannot be remedied on appeal from a final order. Accordingly, the petition for writ of certiorari is denied, without prejudice to petitioner's right to seek review upon final disposition of the proceedings below.
